bdt5 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or using any service on bdt5. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

⚖️ Fair Play Obligation Any use of software, exploits, or collusion to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
🔒 Account Security You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdt5 ("bdt5", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any feature of the bdt5 platform at bdt5.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bdt5 platform.

bdt5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms always supersedes all previous versions.

Important: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To register and use bdt5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. bdt5 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and does not permit access to any individual below this threshold. Age verification may be required at any time.
  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
  • You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close relative of an employee of bdt5 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studios.

Each player is permitted to hold only one bdt5 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or across different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. If bdt5 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be withheld, and bonuses credited to the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

All financial transactions on bdt5 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt5 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name.
  • bdt5 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Supported methods may be updated from time to time.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. bdt5 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
  • bdt5 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations.
Third-party payments: bdt5 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — that is, accounts belonging to someone other than the registered account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

bdt5 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply:

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus offer.

  • Bonuses credited to your account expire if not used within the period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address. bdt5 may void bonus entitlements where it identifies patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or used to meet withdrawal minimums directly.
  • bdt5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, subject to its obligations to players who have already accepted and begun satisfying the relevant wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt5. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent account closure without prior notice:

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the bdt5 platform, access games, or conduct transactions.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional terms, or share accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
  • Opening or using an account on behalf of a third party, or accepting instructions or funds from a third party in connection with your account.
  • Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process. Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the bdt5 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, page layout, and overall design — is the property of bdt5 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the bdt5 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of bdt5.

  • bdt5 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the bdt5 platform or its underlying software.
  • Game names, studio brands, and provider logos remain the intellectual property of their respective owners (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe) and are used on bdt5 under licence.
  • Any unauthorised use of bdt5's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, legal action, or both.

bdt5 respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content on the bdt5 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact bdt5 support with full details of your claim.

bdt5 is committed to responsible gaming. Casino games and sports betting are forms of entertainment that carry inherent financial risk. bdt5 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all users and takes active steps to prevent underage access. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that your participation in any game or betting activity on bdt5 is voluntary and for entertainment purposes.

bdt5 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders and session duration limits; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension at the player's request); and self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited exclusion from the platform). Players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful are encouraged to use these tools immediately or to contact bdt5 support to request assistance.

  • bdt5 may carry out age and identity verification checks at any point during the player lifecycle. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
  • bdt5 does not offer credit or allow players to gamble with borrowed funds sourced from the platform. Players must fund their bdt5 account from their own financial resources.
  • Marketing communications from bdt5 will not be sent to players who have activated self-exclusion or who have opted out of marketing. Players may update their communication preferences at any time from their account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or interruption of service. bdt5's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt5 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bdt5 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from reliance on inaccurate game statistics, odds errors, or display anomalies resulting from technical faults. In the event of a manifest error in a game result or payout, bdt5 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and restore account balances to their pre-error state.

bdt5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the bdt5 Privacy Policy. Key points regarding data handling include:

  • bdt5 collects registration data (name, date of birth, mobile number), transaction data, gameplay data, and device/network information for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and platform improvement.
  • bdt5 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the bdt5 platform. Stored data is protected by industry-standard security controls.
  • bdt5 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners where necessary to fulfil the services described in these Terms.
  • You have the right to request access to the personal data bdt5 holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request account closure and data deletion, subject to bdt5's legal retention obligations.
Data retention: bdt5 retains player account data for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and financial record-keeping obligations. This period is typically five (5) years from the date of account closure or last transaction, whichever is later.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdt5 platform, bdt5 encourages players to contact the bdt5 support team in the first instance. bdt5 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint via the registered contact details on your account.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. bdt5 does not accept disputes submitted more than three (3) months after the event giving rise to the dispute first occurred. Claims relating to individual game rounds must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant game round being completed.

bdt5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the bdt5 platform. Material changes will be communicated directly to registered users. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms, together with the bdt5 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt5 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements between you and bdt5 on the same subject matter.

No waiver by bdt5 of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. A waiver by bdt5 is only effective if it is provided in writing and signed by an authorised representative of bdt5.
